Newpearl Leads Pty Ltd (ABN 00 000 000 000) trading as Asset Finance HQ ("we", "us"). We operate an enquiry and referral service for business asset finance. We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
2. What we collect
Information you provide through our forms, including your name, contact details, address, date of birth, business/ABN details, the asset and amount you're interested in, and indicative financial information. We also collect technical data such as your IP address, device/browser, and marketing attribution (e.g. UTM parameters and click identifiers).
3. Why we collect it
To understand your finance needs, match you with suitable finance providers and brokers, respond to your enquiry, improve our service, and meet legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
By submitting an enquiry, you consent to us disclosing your information to finance providers, brokers and credit-assistance providers so they can contact you about, and assess, your enquiry. We may also share data with service providers who help us operate (e.g. hosting, CRM, analytics and lead-verification platforms). We do not sell your information for unrelated purposes.
5. Marketing & communications consent
By submitting an enquiry you consent to being contacted by phone, SMS and email by us and the partners we refer you to, in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth). Consent is not a condition of any product or service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to an SMS, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us.
6. Security & retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
